ABRAHAM LINCOLN CAPITAL AIRPORT, SPRINGFIELD, IL -- Col Shawn Strahle, Commander, 183d Wing, administered the oath of enlistment to ten new members, during a mass enlistment ceremony held Saturday, August 3rd, 2024. The ceremony was attended by family members and friends, as well as many current members of the Wing.
Prior to administering the oath, Col. Strahle applauded the new members for their commitment to the service of the United States and the state of Illinois, and thanked the their families for their support of their enlisting member.
