All the pieces of the puzzle
Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport, Illinois -- MSgt Phil Clemens, Corporal Craig Caira-Neeson, A1C Tyler Casson, and MSgt Aaron Marshall demonstrate how toassemble a portable satellite dish, a key component of the Joint Incident Site Communication Capability (JISCC). JISCC is a program that enables the military and first responders to communicate during emergency situations when other means of communication are unavailable. Corporal Caira-Neeson, a member of the No 600 Squadron Royal Auxiliary Air Force from London, is a participant in an officer exchange program and came to the 183d FW to learn more on the new technology.
