Satellite dish, check!

Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport, Illinois -- MSgt Phil Clemens, Corporal Craig Caira-Neeson, A1C Tyler Casson, and MSgt Aaron Marshall demonstrate how to set up the portable satellite dish, a key component of the Joint Incident Site Communication Capability (JISCC). JISCC is a program that enables the military and first responders to communicate during emergency situations when other means of communication are unavailable.
