ABRAHAM LINCOLN CAPITAL AIRPORT, Illinois -- Senior Master Sgt. Jeffery Capps receives a coin from Defense Secretary Gates in recognition of his service, March 13th. Capps was recommended by his commander for the coin where he is deployed to at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates.
