Col. Raymond Wier, U-2 Systems Program Manager, Warner Robbins AFB, signs a memorandum of agreement Tuesday, obligating the mission of servicing the General Electric F-118 engine, used in the U-2 aircraft, to the 183d Centralized Repair Facility. Lt. Col. James Bentley, Commander, 183d Centralized Repair Facility, stands by to sign the agreement accepting the mission.
