Maj Gen Richard Neely, Adjutant General, State of Illinois, speaks with University of Illinois Springfield Computer Science Assistant Professor Dr. Yingyuan Yang following the ribbon cutting of the 183d Joint Cyber Center of Excellence Cyber Range at the 183d Wing, Springfield, Illinois April 2, 2022.
