Maintenance Arm Demonstration
An engineer from the civilian aircraft industry takes measurements with a portable coordinate measuring arm in the Centralized Repair Facility at the183d Wing, Springfield, Illinois, July 13, 2022. The arm is used to create a 3D generated image of the engine in order to calculate the true center of the engine, which will aid in aligning aircraft components.
