Weapons Sustainment Training

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Chad Sims, 183 Security Forces Squadron, Springfield 183d Security Forces Squadron practices proper loading and unloading of a magazine with an M18 during a Weapons Sustainment Training on August 6, 2022 at the Springfield Fire Dept Station 2 Training Facility. Airmen practiced drills with both the M4 and the M18 using simulated ammunition on August 6-7, 2022 as part of a quarterly training requirement. The intent of the drills are to increase agility and firing speed while increasing proficiency with duty weapons.
