Enlisted Leadership Workshop 2023

The 2023 Enlisted Leadership Workshop took place 18-20 July, 2023, at Volk Field CRTC, WI. Approximately 150 Airmen from three states and 7 different bases are in attendance to include the 182nd Airlift Wing, Peoria, IL; the 183d Wing, Springfield, IL; the 126th Air Refueling Wing, Scott Air Force Base, IL; the 157th Air Intelligence Squadron, Jefferson Barracks, MO; the 115th Fighter Wing, Madison, WI; the 128th Air Refueling Wing, Milwaukee, WI; and the Volk Field Combat Readiness Training Center. Airmen have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers, attend breakout sessions, and participate in team building exercises to further their readiness and development as leaders in a premier force.
