183d Wing Wellness Day

The Illinois Air National Guard 183D Wing hosted a Wellness Day for unit members, September 10th, on base. Wellness is not just simply being free of illness and hardship, but to acknowledge the need for self-improvement and acting for the betterment of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Airmen participated in a wide range of self-care activities centered on learning and using skills to navigate stressful moments.
